Creative Director/Executive Producer
Daron is an experienced entrepreneur, creative director, and music producer with over two decades of experience. He was the lead vocalist of Four Hundred Years, a seminal hardcore band, before founding Black Iris Music, a music collective that disrupted the advertising industry. He established White Iris Records, which was an early home for LA-based artists like Best Coast, FIDLAR, and Electric Guest. Later, he founded Ring The Alarm, an award-winning music production house, and is now founder, CD and EP of The Ringers.
